Tracking attendees has never been easier - thanks to our DATAmotility Attendee Tracking service. Using the same Handheld PDA as our Lead Management service, show organizers can quickly and easily collect attendance information for any number of sessions, events, seminars or functions during a tradeshow or conference. The attendee barcode allows for a variety of tracking options, including attendance counts, access permissions and time duration in an event. The latter is ideal for continuing education seminars, where credits are given to those attendees that meet the criteria for attendance. Our software automatically calculates the duration an attendee was actually in a session and will print a certificate that can be presented to the attendee (certificate designs are fully customizable).
