For most events, a badge is required in order to be admitted to the event. For small events, just the attendee name and related information may be needed. For large events or those using Lead Management or Attendee Tracking, a barcode may be required. Some events even require a picture ID. In any case, Show Data Solutions has you covered - with badge designs included at no charge, plus no-charge black & white printing (text and 1D barcode)!

Our Badge Printing services are tied directly to the attendee database, whether it is created by our Online & Onsite Registration services or you elect to perform your own registration services. In either case, we provide free badge printing (black text and 1D barcode) both before the show and onsite. If you need color logos or graphics, we can print those as well for a small charge per badge. Don’t have a source for badge supplies? NOTE ON BADGING FOR LARGE PUBLIC EVENTS: We often get requests for show services for large public events, where a nominal fee is collected from each attendee. The logistics of processing and badging tens of thousands of attendees in a short period of time can be daunting. Check with our sales staff to make sure your event parameters are a good fit.
