When submitting your request please provide as much Contact Information as possible, so that we can best respond to your inquiry. Required fields are highlighted in yellow - at a minimum please fill out these fields.

After submitting your request, you will be taken to a confirmation page - this is your indication that your request has been processed. One of our staff members will respond ASAP, typically in 2 to 4 hours (requests made before 2 PM ET) or the next day (requests made after 2 PM). Since we are also Internet users, we know the importance of a timely response - rest assured we will process your inquiry and a member of our team will respond both quickly and accurately to your request.

Use the Comments box to provide additional information about your event. Please select a Best Method to contact you, either via email, phone or fax (email is preferred). You can also select a desired data and time to get back to you in the Best Time box on the form (Anytime is the default). In any event, our proposal will be sent to the provided email address as an attached Adobe Acrobat PDF file. Should you not have their free reader installed, you can download it from the Acrobat Reader site.

Expected Registrants: enter the number of expected online registrants, both Attendee and Exhibitor (staff)
Live Start Date: date online registration goes live
Live End Date: date online registration ends
Accept Online Payments? check if your event has a paid component and you want to accept online credit card and/or purchase order payments
Existing Merchant Account? check if your organization already has a merchant account that can be linked to the online payment software
Accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, PURCHASE ORDERS: check the payments accepted

Pre-Show Mailing? if you are mailing badges to attendees and want SDS to include in quote, select Yes, On-Demand to print badges and mail as they register (typically tied to Online Registration) or select Yes, Bulk to print all pre-show badges at one time
Bulk Mailing Date: for bulk pre-show mailing, select date badges should arrive at attendee
Badge Style: B&W (black text/barcode) or Color
Badge Size (Standard): 4” x 3” Paper (most popular), 4” x 2.5” Paper, or 3.5” x 2.25” Paper, 3.5” x 2” Plastic or 3.38” x 2.13” Plastic
Badge Size (Other): if you have a different size badge, please provide the dimensions
Onsite Printing Needed? check if you need onsite badge printing (typically tied to Onsite Registration)
