At SDS, we use high quality, handheld PDA systems, with integrated laser scanners or economical handheld scanners. We own all of our equipment, literally hundreds of PDAs, scanners, printers, laptops - so our low pricing is for real. Our scanners read badge barcodes the first time and every time. But, we do not stop there. Our custom lead management software displays the contact information for the attendee and allows the exhibitor to edit the information—on-screen! They can add notes, using a software keyboard or handwriting recognition right on the PDA screen. They can create custom qualifiers and link these “note shortcuts” to attendees. They can scan the qualifiers using a special laminated sheet of qualifier barcodes. They can find and select attendees in a variety of ways, including keyword searches and a master list of attendee scans. They can pick random prize drawing winners from their list of leads. Using an optional printer, they can print out a complete lead receipt. When the show is over, they get their leads onsite, before they leave the venue, on a USB memory device. Ask your current lead retrieval vendor if their equipment can compare—we know what the answer will be!
Next, we take lead retrieval and turn it into a profit center for your show. With base rental prices below $200, you can easily add a markup and pocket this commission. Use it to offset registration costs or other show expenses. Throw a party for your show staff and use the commission check to foot the bill.
