Our DATAmotility Economy model allows exhibitors to scan attendee badges by simply aiming the device at the badge and pressing a large button to capture the scan. Both visual and aural indicators tell the exhibitor that a good scan was made, eliminating any guesswork. At the end of the event, the exhibitor simply returns the scanner and our onsite staff will synchronize it to the master registration database. The Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet can then be loaded onto a USB Memory Device (exhibitor can bring their own or purchase one for $25) and the exhibitor walks ways with their leads.
