As Operations Manager for Show Data Solutions, Coral is responsible for managing the flow of information among team members for our client’s events. A key aspect of our registration programs is pre-show mailing, which Coral supervises with our in-house staff. Whether it is badge printing, managing USPS regulations for postal pre-sorting or delivery of collateral material to our clients, Coral ensures that every detail is executed properly and within the timeframe allocated for that phase of the event.
Coral has over 8 years experience in account management, including proposal analysis, program time management and billing, task delegation to technical teams and customer relations with all of our clients. Coral's attention to detail and stellar handling of client needs makes her indispensable to Show Data Solutions. Once a show is booked, Coral is our frontline person to make sure our clients are completely satisfied with every aspect of our program. During the show preparation, she ensures that information flows properly, orders are handled in a timely manner and that deadlines are met. Once the show is closed, Coral assists in distributing the data and logging the show information for future programs.
