SDS now provides complete Event Survey services, allowing you to accurately track session evaluations, program/event evaluations, attendee/exhibitor satisfaction and other key metrics to assist in improving your event.
Our Event Survey system consists of customized surveys designed in conjunction with the show organizer, each formatted to collect data in the desired format. SDS can then produce paper or booklet evaluation forms, matching online forms that can be filled out via the Internet and kiosk forms for onsite evaluation capture. At the close of the event, our data entry staff compiles the data from the paper forms/booklets and enters into one unified web database. Using our WEBfocus Event Survey Management tool, show organizers can login and then view/download the survey results in a variety of formats, including PDF, Microsoft® Excel and CSV.
