SDS can also provide complete Call Center and Telephone Support for your event registration. Our trained call center professionals process new registrations, make changes to existing registrations, plus answer questions related to registration, housing, travel and other pertinent topics. Three levels of support are available, including Standard (8 AM to 8 PM ET Monday-Friday), Extended (Standard, plus weekends and holidays) and Ultimate (24 hour x 7 days per week). Each plan has a corresponding weekly charge, so you can decide exactly how long to utilize our service.
Our Call Center & Telephone Support works in conjunction with our Pre-Show Registration module to handle all aspects of manual registration for your event, such as phone, fax and USPS mail registrations. An additional per-transaction fee is charged for each manual registration processed. |
